I am a mature 3rd year student therapist studying at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP). Having arrived late to this space, I understand the courage and commitment it takes to embrace therapy. I am also aware of the challenges and fears that are brought up through the process of therapy and inner reflection.

As someone who was in and out of therapy for many years before finally committing to it,
I recognize the struggle that many of us go through when seeking help. I aim to bring a practical perspective, coupled with a great deal of personal and professional experiences, as well as an ever developing theoretical knowledge for my clients and our sessions.
